REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS- ENJOY!

*TIPS: PLEASE REFREEZE YOUR ITEMS EXCLUDING OUR SIGNATURE DIPPING SAUCES (CAN FREEZE ORANGE AND BBQ SAUCE ONLY!) UNTIL READY TO EAT. THAW/REFRIGERATE FOR UP TO 24 HOURS ALL SIDES, LASAGNA, BEIGNETS AND CAKE BEFORE EATING OR REHEATING.

*TIPS: APPLE WOOD RIBS-SIZZLING BACON-GROUND BEEF- Freeze if not consumed within 5 days, but thaw/ refrigerate before reheating.

EXTRA CRISPY CHICK’N & TURKEY - KEEP FROZEN until ready to reheat. (May want to SLIGHTLY thaw before cooking if having problems maintaining golden color!)

SIGNATURE SAUCES- Keep refrigerated. May have separated in transit w/ dry ice- please shake well before use. (EXPIRATION- ALTERNATIVE MEATS/DESSERTS: 5 MONTHS IN FREEZER. SAUCES: 3 MONTHS IN REFRIGERATOR).

*You will want to test your frying temperature with a smaller piece just to adjust to your fryer, that way you get the others to perfection on the first try. The Chick’n should stay a light golden fried color and should be fried in clean oil to get our intended taste.

EXTRA CRISPY FRIED CHICK’N

BEST METHOD: Deep fry at 340F⁰ for 5-6 minutes or internal temperature of 165 F⁰.

AIR FRYER: You can use an air fryer at 340F⁰ for 8-10 minutes or internal temperature of165 F⁰.

Alternative method OVEN

1. Preheat oven to 335F⁰. using an oven safe glass dish (BEST) or parchment paper.

2. Heat chicken for 18 minutes - FLIP MIDWAY

BACON

1.      Thaw.

2.      Cover saucepan with enough oil to make bacon floatable (1- 1/2 inch).

3.      Heat up oil on Medium High heat before placing bacon.

4.      Once hot, place bacon in pan for 1-2 minutes OR until it starts to crisp.

5.     Once almost completely crispy in oil, take out of pan and let dry to fully crisp.

6.      Enjoy!

APPLEWOOD FIRED RIBS

1. Thaw.

2. Set pan/grill/griddle etc. to medium heat and grill as desired flipping on each side. BE SURE TO PAN SEAR & BROWN BEFORE ADDING SAUCE. (RECOMMENDED: Do NOT reheat using the oven.*)

*Feel free to spray ‘ribs’ liberally with water or add water to the pan while searing- this will result in more tender ribs (similar to BBQing on the grill).*

3. Add sauce while still searing in the pan flipping on each side so the sauce gets sticky on the ribs and cook until glazed and/or desired texture.

SMOKED GROUND BEEF/SPICED GROUND CHICK’N

1. Thaw.

2. Set pan/grill/griddle etc. to medium heat and cook as desired, flipping on each side. 2-5 minutes per side.

3. Enjoy!

TURKEY

PUT TURKEY INTO OVEN FROZEN*

1. Preheat oven to 350F⁰ use an oven safe glass dish (BEST) or parchment paper or oven sheet covered with foil.

2. Put in oven for 80 minutes.

3. Should be a nice golden color and piping hot.

4. Enjoy!

KOREAN BBQ PORK/JERK PORK/ PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLICES/ BBQ CHICK’N

1. Thaw.

2. Set pan/grill/griddle etc. to medium heat and cook as desired, cooking for 4-6 minutes or until hot, 165F⁰.

3. Enjoy!

CAKE

1. Make sure cake is COLD before removing wrappings and adding your frosting.

2. Refrigerate frosting on arrival. Take out and set frosting to ROOM TEMPERATURE, then whisk for 1-2 min until light and fluffy before spreading equally.

3. Enjoy!

BEIGNETS

  1. If not frozen, please refreeze immediately. When ready, place in refrigerator to thaw.

  2. Once thawed, take out and place on a lightly floured surface and let sit for 30 minutes.

  3. Roll out dough to ½ inch thick. Cut desired pieces (8-10) into 2 inch squares.

  4. Deep fry beignets 2- 4 at a time, with Canola Oil at 350° for 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.

  5. Let cool for 30 seconds. Take your sugar packet and pour into a paper bag. Place beignets in bag and shake bag until your beignets are fully covered with sugar.

  6. Enjoy!

    *** Tip: Best to enjoy when fresh!

BUTTERY GARLIC BREAD

  1. Refreeze bread upon arrival. Thaw for about 2-3 hours/refrigerate overnight when ready to consume

  2. Preheat oven to 350° F.

  3. Take bread out of freezer, remove plastic and cover with aluminum foil.

  4. Place in oven for 10 minutes or until hot and ready!

  5. Enjoy!

LASAGNA

  1. Refreeze upon arrival. When ready, thaw/refrigerate before reheating.

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  3. Take dish out of the plastic wrap and remove lid.

  4. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil (make sure the foil is not touching the cheese!).

  5. Place dish on the middle rack and cook for 60 minutes.

  6. If not ready yet, remove foil and cook until cheese is melted and golden brown and reaches 165°.

  7. Cool for at least 10 minutes to allow cheese to set.

  8. Cut and ENJOY!

MINI LASAGNA/ SHEPHARD’S PIE

  1. Refreeze upon arrival. When ready, thaw/refrigerate before reheating.

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  3. Take dish out of the plastic wrap and remove lid.

  4. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil (make sure the foil is not touching the cheese!).

  5. Place dish on the middle rack and cook for 40-45 minutes.

  6. If not ready yet, remove foil and cook until cheese is melted and golden brown and reaches 165°.

  7. Cool for at least 10 minutes to allow cheese to set.

  8. Cut and ENJOY!

PASTA & POTATO DISHES

LOADED MAC N’ CHEESE, SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE, CREAMY MASHED POTATOES, CHICK’N CURRY, POTATO & CHICKPEA CURRY

  1. Refreeze upon arrival. When ready, thaw/refrigerate before reheating.

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. using an oven safe glass dish (BEST)

  3. Butter/oil glass dish with vegan butter (best) or oil.

  4. Mix 1/2 - 1 tablespoon of melted vegan butter and plant-based milk to dish to help retain moisture.

  5. (OPTIONAL) Add breadcrumbs to your Mac N Cheese for the ultimate load!

  6. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and place in oven.

  7. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through (at least 165°).

RICE, PEAS & VEGGIE DISHES

CARIBBEAN RICE & PEAS, VEGGIE FRIED RICE, CHICK’N FRIED RICE, EGG ROLL IN A BOWL, SAUTEED BROCCOLI W/ CORN & SCALLIONS, CHICK’N & BROCCOLI, BLACK EYED PEAS

  1. Refreeze upon arrival. When ready, thaw/refrigerate before reheating.

  2. Oil pan and set to low/medium heat, wait until hot before transferring dish to pan.

  3. Once hot, transfer dish to pan and stir frequently until hot. About 3-6 minutes.

    Alternative method OVEN

    A. Preheat oven to 350°F.

    B. Butter/oil glass dish with vegan butter (best) or oil.

    C. Mix 1/2 - 1 tablespoon of melted vegan butter and plant-based milk to dish to help retain moisture.

    D. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and place in oven.

    E. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through (at least 165°F).
